Content Studio — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Purpose
Content Studio is a private application used to import, organize, and process personal video recordings.
Google Drive Access
Content Studio requests read-only access to Google Drive to identify and download video files from a designated folder. The application does not modify or delete files in Google Drive.
Data Storage
Imported video files are stored locally on the application owner's computer and attached storage devices. The application maintains local records of imported files to prevent duplicate downloads.
Data Sharing
Content Studio does not sell Google Drive data or social media account information to advertisers or third parties. Video recordings imported from Google Drive may be processed locally and, following explicit approval, uploaded to authorized social media platforms for publishing. Google Drive account credentials and unrelated files are not intentionally shared with those platforms.
Data Security
Google authentication credentials and imported files are stored locally. Access to the computer and its storage should be protected using appropriate security measures.
Data Retention and Deletion
Imported videos and local import records are retained until the application owner deletes them. Google Drive access can be revoked through Google Account security settings.

Content Studio supports integrations with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for managing and publishing video content to authorized accounts.
Account Authorization
Content Studio uses supported platform authorization methods to request access to connected social media accounts. Depending on the platform and permissions granted, the application may access account identifiers, basic profile information, and permissions needed to upload or publish videos.
Use of Social Media Data
Account information is used to identify the authorized account, verify that content is being directed to the intended destination, and support video publishing workflows. Content Studio does not sell social media account information or use it for advertising.
Video Processing and Publishing
Video files are prepared and processed locally. When publishing is authorized and approved, the application transmits the necessary video content and associated publishing information to the selected social media platform.
Publishing workflows are designed to require explicit human approval before content is released.
Authentication and Security
Where supported, platform access credentials and authorization tokens are stored locally with restricted access. Content Studio is designed to prevent publishing when account identity cannot be verified.
Data Retention and Revocation
Locally stored authorization information and publishing records are retained until removed by the application owner. Platform access can be revoked through the applicable social media account's security or connected-app settings.
Third-Party Platforms
Content published through Content Studio is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the destination platform, including TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
